Contacts

BeginnerContact represents a person.
A contact may be associated with a Customer, Sales Partner or a User.
You can also add contact as a standalone record without linking it to any of the entities listed above.
To access the Contact list, go to:
Home > Offer > Masters > Contact
Or
Home > Offer > Masters > Customer > Contact & Address
1. How to create a Contact from Customer
- Go to the Customer and navigate to Contacts and Address Tab.
- Click on New Contact.
- Enter First Name and Last Name.
- Enter Company Name(Optional)
- Choose the status if the contact is passive, is open to contact or has replied.
- Enter Email, Mobile or Phone numbers. Mark them Primary as required
- Save.
- The created contact will be associated to the customer

When you have multiple contacts against a customer, you can check 'Is Primary Contact' to indicate the preferred contact. The primary contact will be chosen automatically in offer an other transactions.
